Iyadatna — Clinic Management System

Development of a clinic management platform built on Laravel 12 with a domain-driven architecture spanning 14 bounded contexts, and fail-closed data isolation — an absent clinic context returns zero rows rather than exposing another clinic's data.

The system covers appointments, patient records, invoicing, prescriptions, dental charting, and inventory, with an Arabic-first interface. Covered by over 1,400 tests including architectural guards that verify every model's isolation automatically.
